Five Steps to New Flooring

1. In-Home Consultation: Considering all your unique needs, we like to start with an in-home consultation where our team measures your space, discusses what type of flooring, carpet, or tile you’re looking for, understands your budget, and provides you with an estimate and timeline.

2. Visit Our Showroom: We carry samples of all our flooring, carpet, and tile in our Philomath showroom, so that you can explore, see, and feel all of your options. Our team of experts is here to help you think through your flooring wants and needs as you consider product options. We even have access to visualization tools that can help you imagine what products might look like in your home (note: visualization tools work best if you have a well-lit image of the room or rooms you are looking to upgrade with new flooring or tile, so it’s helpful if you bring those photos with you on your phone).

Our showroom is located at 921 Applegate St., Philomath, Oregon.

3. Receive A Quote: Once we’ve measured your home and you’ve selected your new flooring, carpet, or tile, we’ll prepare a quote, which will include labor and materials. We ask our customers to pay fifty percent upfront, then the remainder upon project completion.

4. Finalize Your Selection: If you are satisfied with our quote and your product selection, you will sign off on the project, and we will order your new flooring, product, or tile, and lock in your timeline!

5. New Flooring Installation: Our installation teams pride themselves on working efficiently and leaving minimal impact. They can tear out your existing flooring or tile (including old carpet padding), clean and prep the area, dispose of old materials, and install your new product. We strive to ‘leave no trace,’ so the only thing to consider once we’ve finished your installation is how fabulous your home looks and feels.
